If you're part of a large group then it's normally best to contact us directly before booking your adventure although it is often possible to book immediately online. We respond to e-mails very quickly. We can accommodate family groups, stags, hens and corporate adventure days; generally our max group size is roughly 20 people, but we can run bespoke sessions tailored to your specific needs. We have a lot of experience organising unforgettable stag and hen activities! We welcome all groups and our adventure activities make for North Wales' best stag and hen activities. Restrictions?
If the activity you want to book isn't available online, don't worry! We sometimes have availability even when the online booking system says we are full. When we're very busy it's not unusual for us to put on extra sessions! All you have to do is send us an e-mail and we'll do our best to get a trip sorted out for you. Our season generally runs April until November. Some slots have a minimum number of participants restriction. If this is an issue we are able to lift this in some circumstances. The number of people it asks for as a minimum is the total group size NOT the number of people that need to be in your party e.g the restrictions says minimum 8 but 4 might already be booked meaning you need to be a group of 4.
Availability
We recommend booking in advance, we're only a small business with limited capacity and we're almost always full at weekends and during the holidays. We (George & Rachel) personally run all the adventures! Our season runs from April until November. We rarely need to cancel activities due to unsafe conditions but if the situation arises we can normally offer an alternative activity (or sometimes an alternative day); if it's too wet to climb the canyon is always fine, if the gorge is too wild the underground slate mine is permanently dry!
